The Optical Corporation will manufacture single quarter-wave stack reflectors in a broad wavelength range from ultraviolet to near infrared. Broadband high reflectors are also available to cover a much larger spectral range than is possible with a quarter-wave stack. The center wavelength and tolerance is customer specified within this range. These coatings will have an enhanced damage threshold when applied to a super-polished substrate. Laser quality surface quality of 10-5 is available with BK7, all grades of fused silica, and silicon substrates.
