TOC has developed a broad capability in fabricated and coated galvo scanning mirrors including high flatness capabilities and ultra-low inertia scanning mirrors. Most scanning applications have slightly different requirements so some degree of customization is the norm for us. Scanning mirror substrates are available with various wide-angle coatings and these coatings can be tuned to your particular application wavelength.
